A Registered Master Builder for over 25 years, Mike has served on the Wellington Association Board for 10 years and is currently the Registered Master Builder's Federation Chairman. The buck stops at his desk.

Ash is a director of Primesite Homes and is the operations manager. He is your first point of contact with any enquiries you may have, ranging from free site appraisal through to completion handover.
His background is quantity surveying and has been in the construction industry for over 15 years. With both residential and commercial building experience, Ash brings a vast range of knowledge to Primesite Homes and their clients.

Mike has responsibility for construction and costing. He has had 38 years in the construction industry, 10 of those with Primesite Homes. He has been involved in the successful construction of many hundreds of new homes and our clients think he is great.
Jeff Hart

Jeff worked for 5 years in sales for a trade merchants before picking up the tools to become a builder where he has 20 years experience, 12 of those years Jeff owned his own business. Jeff applied his practical experience and communication skills to good use where he taught at a Private Training Establishment teaching building theory and sharing practical knowledge to pre apprentices. Jeff brings a cross section of building industry experience to Primesite where is skills are fully utilized in the supervision and quality control of the construction process.

Pam’s warm welcome to Primesites clients and staff is a great way to start the day. Pam has extensive administration experience within the education industry and has now entered the building industry armed with strong organizational and people skills, which are essential attributes in her role as Office Manager. She ensures the office runs smoothly with a smile.
