From an initial section viewing through to building an Award Winning Home.

Brian and Mary Hivon’s Ngaio property won an award in the Master Builders’ House of the Year Competition.

Brian and Mary found a section that they thought may be right for them. They immediately contacted Mike Fox of Primesite Homes to determine whether the section was suitable for the house they wanted to build on it.

Brian and Mary met with Mike to discuss their needs and budget.  Mike was generous with his time and gave prompt advice, even though Mary and Brian had not yet purchased the section. They appreciated Mike’s enthusiasm and advice at this early stage. The sketch plan that Primesite Homes came back with was changed only slightly before construction began.

After successfully tendering for the section Brian and Mary signed a contract with Primesite Homes containing a guaranteed maximum price and told Mike that they wanted to build the property with a minimum of variations. Brian also indicated to Mike that he wanted to remain good mates with him at the completion of the project.

Mary and Brian’s timeframe was flexible as their primary objective was a defect-free home. The project was completed to a very high standard and within the agreed construction period.

Brian and Mary are now enjoying living in a brand new home, safe in the knowledge that Primesite will rectify any problems with the property as long as it is theirs.
