A Knock-down and Rebuild.  New 3-level home with great sea views.

“I consider myself extremely lucky to have found what is, for me, the perfect place to live, with breath-taking views that I love.  So when it came to choosing a company to design and build my new home on that perfect spot, I knew that I was making one of the most important decisions that I would ever make.

For that reason, I went through a painstaking and extensive due diligence process. I began by sending out 5-page questionnaires to a number of design and build companies, from which I narrowed the field to a short list of 4.  I then spent an Easter weekend visiting 3 homes built by each of those 4 companies and talking to the owners. 

After visiting the homes built by Primesite Homes, and hearing about the owners’ experiences during the building process, I felt comfortable that Primesite Homes would be a good choice to make.

Now that my home has been completed, I know for certain that I made the right decision.  I can honestly say that I enjoyed the building process, which I found to be very collaborative.  I was listened to at all stages, with the result that my home is just what I wanted and more. At the same time, Primesite Homes provided sound technical advice that I greatly valued and that undoubtedly steered me away from mistakes I might otherwise have made.  

I lived on-site during the build, and found all of the people working on the project to be great to deal with.  I have also been very impressed with the way Primesite Homes stands behind its work after completion and is there to assist with any teething issues that arise.

I am absolutely delighted with the home that Primesite Homes built for me and I would have no hesitation recommending the company to anyone who is considering building.”
